Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products and health regulations, our refund policy is designed to ensure safety while providing fair customer service. All refunds are subject to verification and approval.

2. Prescription Medications

Prescription medications are generally non-refundable once dispensed for safety and regulatory reasons. However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Medication was damaged during shipping
  • Wrong medication was dispensed due to our error
  • Medication expired before delivery date
  • Doctor changes prescription before medication is used

3. Over-the-Counter Products

Non-prescription items may be returned within 30 days of purchase if:

  • Product is unopened and in original packaging
  • Product has not expired
  • Receipt or order confirmation is provided
  • Product is in resaleable condition

4. Medical Devices and Equipment

Medical devices may be returned within 14 days if:

  • Device is defective or not functioning properly
  • Wrong item was shipped
  • Device is unopened and unused
  • All original accessories and documentation included

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used prescription medications
  • Opened personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or compounded medications
  • Controlled substances
  • Items purchased with promotional discounts (unless defective)

6. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our customer service within the applicable return period
  2. Provide order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  4. Package items securely and ship to our returns center
  5. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after receipt

7. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit card refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfer refunds: 5-7 business days
  • Store credit: Immediate (for exchanges)

8. Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
